Women are more Intelligent than Men?

The dispute between men and women has always existed, but lately it seems to be more fierce. Women have never been so exposed as in the last decades; she has conquered spaces and levels that have never before been reached by what has been considered the “weaker” sex.
Now, it has recently been published that a renown intelligence investigator, James Flynn, has conducted a new investigation that reveals that women are more intelligent than men. Wow! I can even picture the smile on every woman as she remembers those moments when she was behind the wheel and had to hear it all… Now she must be thinking: Now it’s my turn!
Well, since the IQ exam was created, women have always been behind men in the results. But in this new investigation that was conducted in many countries, women have reached or surpassed men. That makes us wonder, why is that? Did women evolve with time?
A woman is that heroine that has the ability to care for her young child, practice a sport, run to work, do her grocery shopping on her way back home, stop by the dry-cleaner, read the latest news and tips for keeping healthy, fetch the children at school, prepare dinner, that’s without mentioning that she still manages to find time to answer emails, look at what’s new in the social networks and keep up to date with the latest fashion.
The difference lies in the stimulus that we are receiving. We are daring to do more, exploring and conquering. People adapt to the challenges given to them and to the expectations that they have to face.
Lets think a little with our motherly brains. When you raise a child in an overprotected environment, this child will not have much experience going out alone without having someone watching after him. This being so, this child will grow up to be a person that will not be able to do well out on the street. He will also have a great chance of growing up and being timid. Flynn suggests that women’s role in society has changed in the course of the 20th century and her brain has also changed.
In other words, it’s not only biology that determines a person’s intelligence- circumstances also influence a person’s intelligence. So then friends, let’s go! Let’s attack! We have to search for stimuli for our brain. The era of the complacent woman has come to an end.
Up till now we’ve only mentioned the physical part, what about the spiritual side? Don’t you agree with me that it’s the same?
“I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”
The more we expose ourselves, take risks, place ourselves in different situations, with new experiences, the more we learn and grow spiritually.
If a woman has been able to better her intellectual side, it’s because she did everything she could to reach that. Therefore, we need to have the same vision and desire to be better. Be a better wife, daughter, sister, student, worker and above all, a better daughter of God.

This is so strong, it is true. I always think wow how does this woman have time to manage so much, where does she find strength. I had these thoughts after meeting so much different women with various responsibilities from different walks of life. It always inspired me to not limit myself and push myself, many times I found that my life circumstances affected that and in a way forced me to mature. So I completely understand the statement: ” The more we expose ourselves, take risks, place ourselves in different situations, with new experiences, the more we learn and grow spiritually. ”
Enough of the complacent woman, let us make room for the spiritually advanced one!
Very strong article indeed, I totally agree and this intelligence that women of today have can be dangerous or can bring positivity if used properly, many women use this intelligence in the wrong way hence they loose their homes, husbands and family, we are children of God must use this intelligence to bless our homes and family and also extend it to the people we can in contact with.

The true is indeed that the more we expose our selves chances are for women to grow stronger and intelligent as we are gaining more knowlodge and therefore knowledge is power that works into our advantage.
An if we have a Great God IN US and not with us who can be overshadow us or overtake us.
Those who are timid will never get anywhere as for God can never use a timid person.
To remember that only women can take a great amount of pain and pressure in this world, why is that because we are stronger in the mind and God has made us like this for a reason.
I must say when I read that I thought finally its proven….But as you say we are doing all we can to reach that humbly not to exalt but to be used more and more as you have righlty said
This is very interesting news. Mrs Cris, the way you talked about women knowing how to juggle everything is exactly what I had to do today. I had a dilemma and my mind was working over time but I got the task completed with no hassle, I learnt a new route of the underground along the way and I cam e back to my desk and work and was very content *big smile*.
But about the spiritual side, we must also be so ‘intelligent’. We are able to multitask (it’s a gif that has been given to us), and we’d be the model woman being able to become ‘a better wife, daughter, sister, student, worker and above all, a better daughter of God.

over time woman have changed and taken that bold step to move forward because we have had to in this male dominated world, but with the power and strength of wanting more to be determined and take action we have strive to do all things and especially through christ who strngthens us, this is what I have to say daily to remind me that I can do anything that I’am required to do. We can only manage a few things before we burn out and explode but when our spiritual life is in tact God makes us to conquer all.
And this is the time because in this 21 days things are happening to block our focus and distract us from the purpose we are on.
Amen! I must admit when I first read that part that women have been found more intelligent that men I had a big smile on my face loool. But as you said about the spiritual side I totally agree, it will be great to be also like that spiritually speaking, strong in the faith. I am with you on this one. Thanks for sharing.

I love this, thank you for sharing! I’m one for women not being detained by the whole “men are better” stereotype, however we still need to remember not to be too over eccentric.
Thank you Mrs Cris for this great encouragement. As the world has been in awe of the new discovery about women’s brains, we can use this information to make us more aggressive in life, more active in learning and experiencing new things, especially anything that makes us grow spiritually. After reading the article, I just wanna take a plunge, dive into the realm of just about anything for my personal growth., taking the wholistic view that in the knowledge of God we can have all the instructions we need for life.
True in the past even now men are the ones that are viewed to be more spiritaul than woman but we can be spiritual if we devote hundred percent of ourselves to God and He can use us for great chnage in this world to bring glory to Him in this world.

Honestly, I never thought the day would come that women would be more intelligent than men. It is a happy thing, both on the physical side, and especially the spiritual side, so lets keep it that way.
