I admire…

I hope that you didn’t dismay and stop reading our publications because you think that I’m not in tune with reality when I say you are beautiful. You might have thought : “She doesn’t know me, that’s why she speaks like that.” Right; I don’t know you yet, but I know me and so many other friends that have gone through the same situation. And I saw in each of them an indescribable beauty. But, it’s not not worth anything for me to see your beauty if you are not able to see it and accept it.
This week I want to help you discover your beauty. I want you to think about three parts of your body that you appreciate. Don’t look at the whole picture, look for only three isolated parts: perhaps your eyes, maybe your hands, your hair, your voice, your perfect nails. Start contemplating these three parts.

I’m going to tell you one of the parts that most calls my attention in you: your intelligence. In spite of everything that happened, the consequences, the scars and the pain, your intelligence didn’t give up. You can discern between what’s right an what’s wrong; beautiful and ugly; pleasant and unpleasant. And through your intelligence, you are going to learn to recognize your beauty and your potential- this is the reason why I admire this in you and in all of those that one day suffered an abuse.

They can take away your dignity, your self-confidence, the value you give to life, your dreams, the future but they cannot take away your intelligence. Through it you know that there is a tomorrow; through your intelligence you will be able to construct a better life; through your intelligence you will have the courage to defy the impossible. Through your intelligence, you will learn to love and value yourself. And that’s exactly what I want you to put into practice this week.

Do you see that there is always something good in each one of us? Oh, and don’t forget about the three body parts… share with me what you have selected.

I have chosen my eyes because they are unique to me, my smile because it attracts the smiles of others and my hands because they are not only nice but are able to create things that I never thought possible.

It is so important for us as women to stop and appreciate parts of us, including our intelligence. We get so many messages on a daily basis that tells us how to improve this or that because we are not perfect, it is rare to get a message telling us to appreciate and admire what we have and that we are beautiful as we are and that we are intelligent.

    Thank you for this post.

without using interligence i think we would not realise how beautiful we are and how care we can take to keep our beauty.
the three parts are; my eyes, my hair and my lips.

thank you cristian for your beautiful message.

Thank you Dona : )) I agree in what you said that the most admirable part is the intelligence because with this intelligence we can think more and we can discern things. We know already what’s the right and wrong once we think with our intelligence. We must always use this(INTELLIGENCE) as a weapon to overcome everything in this world and by using also our faith. Big hug&Kisses!!

    Dear Mrs Cris

Thank you very much for this message. More often than not we always look at the physical appearance with thoughts like oh…. if only my eyes was this way…. or my nose…. etc but we forget that God made each one of us unique HIs Way.
I never saw my intelligence as being so important in the same way… but thousand times I agree with you because it is that part of us that is so very special especially when it is guided by The Spirit of God.

No one can take it away from us, only if we allow it.

Yes there is always something good in us!!!.

Mrs Cris may you continue to shine for Our Lord

    With love xxx

Thanks Dona for the message ! By this I understand that we should not look to our physical appearance about how is it but to look at our intelligence. Intelligence is really important to a woman as you said no one can take away our Intelligence. and I realize that I should use my Intelligence more.
Thanks again Dona Kisses & hugs

I love this post Mrs. Cristiane. I agree with you we look at other things in ourselves and never think that the most beautiful thing we have is inside of us. The world today is concerned so much about looks, outer beauty and does not care about the inner beauty.Society today does not know that the inner beauty makes us shine, look beautiful inside and out.

  8. yvette (kilburn) says:

Well, I like my eyes, my nose and my hands. I think my eyes are like brown jewels and my hands are pretty, long and feminine with a nice complexion. My nose is quite long and pointy, which is what I think is really attractive.

  9. Flor E Sims says:

Well I always though that my skin was so ugly. Well I changed how I cared for it so i see its nice. It hates the sun, but now that am more carefull well its looking better. Am still trying to see what else is not so apperciated.

  10. Jessica says:

It is very important for us to believe in ourself to see that we all have intelligence is all up to us to use it. And sometimes we go through situations and we think we don’t have intelligence and that’s when we need to use our intelligence more..

    Thank you, Mrs Cristiane Cardoso
    Hugs&Kisses

THANX for shareing Mrs Chris, and thank you for seeing the beauty in us, the three parts that i have chosen are my eye’s, my toes and my voice. Once one has learned how to love and value themselves them confidence stands out because when we love and appriciate ourselfs that reflects on the outside, and the people around you will notice that your a women of confidence.

  12. Duduzile says:

    Dear Mrs Cris

Indeed when challenges come our way we usually forget how beautiful we are as we were created in God’s image. But then thank you for reminding me that I am intelligent and should always acknowledge that I’m beutiful with lots of potential.

I appreciate more my hands, legs and face and will definately love and give much value to myself.
