Why should I wait?

Sadly, nowadays many think that what’s good is bad and what’s bad is good. It’s very hard to find someone who keeps good values. Unfortunately, it’s rare.
For example, when we talk about a young woman keeping herself until marriage, many think: why should I, if I love him? We love each other and that’s what matters.
Many young women think that it is completely normal to give themselves to a man before marriage. But, I’ll explain to you why you should not do so.
When you decide to give yourself to a man, you should not be in doubt and think: If it doesn’t go well with him I’ll just move on to the next guy. And how can you know if that person will be your one and only?
Through sacrifice. When a man truly loves a woman, he will be willing to wait until marriage. If you have a boyfriend that only has other interests and even blackmails you into having sex, then, that proves that he does not really love you and wants no commitment.
If you end up being with a man that is not willing to wait and respect you, most likely in the future, you will end up being alone. These signs showed that he didn’t really love you.
When this happens, many women become disappointed and think there is no one for them or that they will always be alone. That’s not true. What you need to do is to be patient and wait for the right man. Even if it takes a while, but what would you rather have, a man who just wants to use you then leave, or someone who will be faithful until death?
My dear friend it takes just ONE man to make you happy.

Thank You Mrs Silva this is may be a sacrifice but the results to this wait will be a blessing straight from God.It will be worth it I believe.We just should learn to wait on The Lord because He knows what we need and He is always on time.
Where was this article when I was grwoing up? I wish someone had placed me on this path. All I ever heard was “girl you must test the car before you buy it” and other not so positive things. As I got older I heard from a few people (women and men) that I must preserve myself and that iif a man truly has my best interest at heart and respects me then he will wait. This was the best advice ever.
